FAQs
Full-time senior full-stack developers typically cost
north of $120,000, plus benefits– not to mention,
available ones are hard to find. Plus, you might not
always have work for them.
Our monthly subscription means you have the
flexibility to only pay for when you need them, and you
can resume when you have excess engineering work again.
We can either create a repository for your project, fork
an existing one, or work on your repository once you
've given us access.
You can indicate where we should add our code during
your onboarding process, once you purchase a subscription.
Most requests take 2-4 business days to fulfil. More
complex requests may take longer, while simpler requests
may take less time.
If a request is too complex/large, it may be broken
down into sub-requests, which will be worked on
individually. We 'll let you know whenever that
happens.
The main tools we use are Slack and Linear. Slack will be used for communication with our founder, who can answer any questions you have about what 's going on, or how things work. Linear will be used for all the task management.
If you give us a large and complex task, we may sometimes
break it down into smaller sub-tasks. We 'll let you
know when this happens.
This can help you keep track of our progress, and
the timeline until completion.
You have direct access to our work coordinators &founder via Slack, who are also developers, and can help answer any questions you might have about the work that is going on, or anything else. If you need, you can also schedule a call with them.
If you don 't have enough work to fill an entire
month, you can pause once your tasks are completed.
However many days are left in your billing cycle can be
used once you resume the subscription.
Billing cycles are 31 days. If you pause on day 20,
you will have 11 days of service remaining when you
resume.
Create a new issue on Linear, and attach any relevant
links or documents. Loom videos, Figma links, Google docs–
all fair game.
We 'll let you know if we have any questions or
concerns through Slack.
Not a problem! We 'll continue to revise the work until you 're completely satisfied.
That 's absolutely fine. You can pause your subscription once the work is completed, and save the remainder of your subscription for when you next have some more work.
If within the first month, you 're not happy with our
service and work, you can let us know over Slack you
'd like to issue a refund, and we 'll close your
account, and return your money in full.
Please note this only applies to the first billing
cycle.
